Introduction

• The system was developed for Air Academy purposes as I wanted keep all the information for the flying school in one place .
• Now that most of us use iPhones, iPads or android devices it makes life so much easier to have your information online.
• You can take your bookings on the go, or you can allow your students or members to make bookings themselves. Calendar event files can be sent to student/member so they can update their calendars and keep track of their bookings.
• Once the flight has been flown, the details can be entered into the system , where invoices can be created, tech logs can be updated. Student records are updated with details of flight and comments for their training records can be updated,
• Instructors can see at a glance what the next student lesson should be and how the student has performed on previous lessons.
  Instructors can be sent a list of their upcoming bookings so they can plan their lessons and organise their day.
• Invoices can be created individually for each user or you can create and print for all users , daily , monthly or between a date range.
• Aircraft documents can be uploaded as and when they are issued . Hours before service is calculated from the details entered after each flight and can be seen at the booking page or at the aircraft details. Here all of the fleet aircraft are listed with the hours to check shown.
• The system is customisable to show your own logo, address details and various links which can be customised to link back to your own website.
